Double wall RSC (Regular Slotted Carton) are constructed with two layers of corrugated cardboard at a approximately 7mm thick, providing extra protection and support compared to single-wall cartons.

The double wall design consists of two corrugated layers separated by a central layer of flat cardboard, creating a thicker and sturdier structure. This construction offers increased resistance to crushing, punctures, and impacts during shipping and handling, making double wall RSC cartons suitable for heavier or more fragile items that require additional protection.

Constructed with four flaps on the top and bottom that meet at the centre when folded. The flaps are usually of equal length, making them easy to close and seal with tape.
